Job description

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Outside Sales Representative to support our on-the-ground marketing and sales efforts. This role is ideal for energetic, people-focused individuals who enjoy being out in the community, building relationships, and driving measurable results. The Outside Sales team plays a critical role in increasing awareness and visitor traffic to the park through strategic placement of marketing materials, partner engagement, and in-market promotion.

Dezerland Park Orlando is more than Florida's largest indoor attraction. We're a playground for families, friends, and teammates to come together and create unforgettable memories. With over 800,000 square feet of different attractions like a gel blaster arena, axe-throwing, pinball arcade, and even one of the world's largest auto museums, there's something here for everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute, place, and replenish marketing materials (rack cards, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials) in local hotels, resorts, and high-traffic visitor locations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partner locations to ensure materials are fully stocked, clean, prominently displayed, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for all marketing materials and request replenishment as needed.
  • Capture photos of brochure placements, displays, and vehicle placements for reporting, quality control, and brand consistency.
  • Provide weekly summaries of wins, challenges, and high-performing locations to the oversight manager.
  • Cultivate and strengthen positive relationships with hotel staff, concierges, OTA partners, and other key contacts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner locations and relay all relevant updates, opportunities, and issues to the oversight manager.
  • Educate hotel and partner teams on current park promotions, ticket offers, and seasonal events to help them better inform their guests.
  • Identify and secure new placement opportunities with hospitality and tourism partners.
  • Arrange placements for select museum vehicles at local hotels and other strategic partner businesses to prominently feature and promote the museum on their properties.
  • Assist with outreach to new partners by introducing Dezerland Park, explaining guest benefits, and highlighting unique attractions.
  • Maintain a weekly route schedule and KPI plan to ensure consistent coverage of all assigned locations.
  • Attend local tourism, hospitality, or networking events as scheduled to represent the park and cultivate new relationships.
  • Set up small tabletop displays or information stands (where approved) to increase visibility and guest engagement, including actively staffing these tables at local events or trade shows when scheduled.
  • Represent the park's brand professionally, enthusiastically, and reliably in all external interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Valid Florida Drivers' License and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferred
  • Billingual skills a plus
  • Ability to walk, stand. And move throughout hotels and partner locations for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends or peak tourism periods
