What is a salaried Meta nurse?

Salaried Meta Nurses are registered nurses employed by Meta (formerly Facebook) who receive a fixed annual salary rather than hourly wages. They typically work within Meta's health and wellness programs, providing medical care, health education, and support to employees. Their responsibilities may include conducting health screenings, managing occupational health concerns, and coordinating wellness initiatives. As salaried employees, they enjoy consistent pay, benefits, and are often part of a broader corporate health team.

To thrive as a Salaried Meta Nurse, you need a solid background in clinical nursing, patient assessment, and evidence-based practice, typically supported by a registered nursing degree and active RN license. Familiarity with digital health tools, telehealth platforms, and electronic health record (EHR) systems is often required in this role. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability are crucial soft skills for effectively managing patient care in both virtual and in-person settings. These competencies ensure effective, patient-centered care delivery and seamless integration with technology-driven healthcare environments.
