Job description

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring a full- time Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding ER team!

Sign-On Bonus Structures Available to LVTs!


Compensation: $20 - $25/hr based on experience, plus an additional $2/hr on week nights and $3/hr on weekend nights! Additional compensation offered for licensed technicians.

Schedule: Overnight Shifts, Three 12's, 7pm-7am Wed, Thur, Fri

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years working as a veterinary technician, preferably in emergency medicine. LVT certification is prioritized.
  • Have an understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.
  • Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team members
  • Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) are required; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
