Position Overview:
A well-established technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced Consultant to lead Sage Intacct implementations and help clients improve their financial and operational systems. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can manage multiple implementations, translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions, and guide customers from discovery through go-live.
What You'll Do as a Sage Intacct Consultant:
  • Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support.
  • Manage multiple customer projects while maintaining scope, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Configure Sage Intacct modules based on client business processes and industry best practices.
  • Develop implementation plans, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and system improvements.
  • Assess business processes across accounting, inventory, purchasing, order management, and project management.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and serve as an escalation point for customers.
  • Train end users and communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from operational users to executive leadership.
  • Mentor junior implementation resources and contribute to ERP deployment best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience implementing or consulting with Sage Intacct.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and the full software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes; accounting degree or CPA exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, Technology, or a related field preferred.
