Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field. โ€ข Five (5) years of clinical practice experience with three (3) years of progressive performance improvement experience. โ€ข Active RN License โ€ข Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or will obtain certification in Healthcare Compliance and/or Risk Management within one year of hire โ€ข BLS certification
