What Work You Willbe Responsible For:

Operations (85%):

  • Serve as the primary support resource for Kyriba TMS, managing daily operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Act as the liaison between treasury, accounting, IT, and external vendors

  • Support cash positioning, forecasting, bank connectivity, and payment workflows within Kyriba

  • Maintain system configurations, user access, and data integrity

  • Identifyand resolve discrepancies and support system enhancements and implementations

  • Document processes, train users, and drive adoption of best practices

  • Act as Kyriba SME and partner with teams to improve treasury operations and efficiency

End Customer Satisfaction / Process Efficiency (15%):

  • Ensuretimelyissue resolution and clear stakeholder communication

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization

  • Perform root cause analysis and partner with IT to enhance system functionality

  • Support initiatives tooptimizetreasury processes and reduce manual effort

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

  • 2+ years of Kyriba experience

Preferred/DesiredQualifications:
  • Treasury experience (cash management, forecasting, banking operations)

  • Treasury Management System experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally with treasury, accounting, and IT

  • Fund accounting experience and exposure to private equity real estate funds are a plus

  • Strong understanding of treasury systems, bank connectivity, and payments

  • Proficiencyin Excel; highly organized, proactive, anddetail-oriented

  • Strong communicationskills and ability to work in a global team environment
