The Job

Imagine working closely with many of the most iconic sports organizations, leagues, and agencies in the US to help them better understand the way they market and commercialize their digital assets. Horizm is the leading AI-powered digital sponsorship platform, trusted by top entities such as the Chicago Bulls, LA Dodgers, Real Madrid FC, and the Australian Open, helping them maximize their digital commercial inventory.

This is a unique opportunity to build long-term client relationships while directly contributing to Horizm’s US expansion strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals with US sports rights holders, leagues, teams, and agencies.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across MLB, NBA, NFL, MLS, and major sports marketing agencies.
  • Deliver product demos and proposals, tailoring Horizm’s value to client needs.

Client Relationship Management (30%)

  • Serve as account lead for US clients, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices in digital sponsorship and social media monetization.

Market Leadership

  • Represent Horizm at US industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership teams to help shape Horizm’s roadmap in North America.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 4-8 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management (preferably in SaaS, sports-tech, or digital sponsorship).
  • Strong network across US sports organizations and/or agencies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing renewals/upsells.
  • English as a first language.
  • Understanding of AI-driven solutions and how they can optimize processes, sales workflows, and client delivery.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently as Horizm’s first US hire.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to manage senior relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
