We are the market leading QHSE SaaS solution in the market, with over 1000 clients worldwide and growing fast. In order to maintain our growth we are opening this role to help our expansion across Europe.

You will be joining the Customer Success team – where we are dedicated to implement our software for our customers and we want to ensure that they can experience the maximum added value of the software.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

  • When you join us, you will analyze business needs and expectations of our customers and translate them into our Bizzmine software solutions.
  • You’ll configure the solutions for the customer based on an agreed, signed Blueprint.
  • You’ll work on large implementation projects, always together with a Project Manager to deliver the project. You will be involved in various projects across industries.
  • You build lasting relationships with our customers.

  • You are passionate about configuring solutions and delivering high-quality projects, driving customer success, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You can work independently but do have a hands-on and team player mentality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • A commercial spirit and thrive is a BIG plus.
  • You are open and communicative and can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, but also French and German is a big plus!
  • You love to go the extra mile to delight your customers and deliver results.
