Product & IT Las Vegas, NV (On-site Preferred)

MS SHIFT is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the execution of our SaaS product roadmap. This role bridges Product Management, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure new features are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and maintain the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex B2B SaaS applications and excels at coordinating multiple technical teams while keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple product releases simultaneously.
  • Translate business requirements into development plans.
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release schedules.
  • Track project progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Remove blockers that prevent development teams from delivering.
  • Coordinate feature testing and production deployments.
  • Ensure product quality through strong QA processes.
  • Review customer feedback and prioritize enhancements.
  • Define milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Report weekly progress to executive leadership.
  • Improve software development processes and team efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs including velocity, release quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery timelines.
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years managing software product development.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
