Job description

The Sr Director, Product Management leads the definition, strategic direction and execution of product and design initiatives across the Provation GI portfolio. This role drives innovation, user-centered design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions. This is a high impact role requiring a dynamic, results driven and customer centric leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Shape, communicate, and execute a compelling product strategy, aligning with customer needs and company objectives
  • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap, managing trade-offs and prioritization between core platform, new product development, and innovation to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and global growth
  • Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and research
  • Anticipate shifts in healthcare delivery, reimbursement, regulation, and technology
  • Champion use of AI in how we work and what we deliver

Design Leadership
  • Champion deep customer and user understanding to elevate design thinking and user-centered innovation
  • Ensure design and product teams create intuitive, workflow-aligned, and accessible experiences that reduce cognitive and administrative burden
  • Guide design execution across product teams
  • Establish and evolve design systems and UX standards; scale design without sacrificing quality as product lines expand.

Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops

Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and implement mechanisms for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data.
  • Ensure delivery predictability while allowing flexibility for discovery and iteration.
  • Use analytics to drive continuous product improvements and optimize user experiences.
  • Drive outcomes across adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and financial growth.

People Leadership
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of product managers, product owners and designers to foster individual growth and accountability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent by building strong capabilities and creating clear career development pathways/providing opportunities for continuous learning and advancement.
  • Cultivate a high-performing culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience Guidelines
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years relevant Healthcare SaaS experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary product teams
  • Proven success delivering SaaS solutions in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle
  • Experience leading and mentoring global teams and partnering across functions and geographies
  • Familiarity with product-led growth principles and customer-centric, data-driven product development
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance product capabilities and streamline workflows
  • Ability to travel domestic & international 30% is required.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in product design
