Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Channel Sales for the Imaging Products & Solutions of Americas - Professional Display Solutions. This U.S.-based role will lead Sony's distribution and national solutions provider strategy, managing a multi-tiered sales team to drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth across products and solutions.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager will build and execute sales strategy, develop pipeline, provide market intelligence to marketing and product teams, and strengthen executive-level relationships with distributors, NSPs, national integrators, and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who can coach, lead, and scale a team while positioning Sony as a preferred technology partner in the ProAV market.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5 years of management experience leading B2B sales teams.

  • Experience in the commercial flat panel, ProAV, digital signage, collaboration, or visual display solutions market.

  • Deep understanding of distribution, NSP, national integrator, and channel partner business models.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L understanding, sales analysis, quota planning, and competitive assessment.

  • Experience building and executing MDF, VIR, or similar partner growth programs.

  • Proven ability to assess market conditions, solve complex business challenges, and respond with clear action plans.

  • Executive presence with strong presentation skills and experience engaging senior leaders, partners, and large audiences.

  • Ability to use data, CRM tools, and sales trends to coach teams and drive performance; Salesforce.com experience preferred.

  • Up to 70% travel required.

Preferred Skills

  • Distribution or NSP sales background preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,645to $148,861.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligiblefor a sales incentive plan. The specifics of the plan vary by roleand can include elements related to both individual and company performance. In addition, this position is also eligible for acomprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan withmatching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sickleave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
