Support SMT line on programming/troubleshooting, setup and process improvements
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
1.SMT Programming & troubleshooting, ASM setup support, DEK/Juki printer setup support, SPI programming and support, ASM placement optimization, Reflow oven profiling support.
2.Laser marking/labeling machine and auto-loader/conveyor support.
3.SMEMA support. Tooling and fixtures administrative support.
4.Auto-insertion machine support.
5.ERSA Selective Soldering Programming, troubleshooting & setup support,Wave soldering setup support,
6.Press fit, Router, Wash machine and Curing oven profiling support.
7.SRT BGA rework station and X-ray machine support.
PREFERRED Qualifications : 2+ years
