S&ME is looking for a motivated and passionate Project Administrator to join our team in the Myrtle Beach office. Join us at S&ME!

As a Project Administrator, you will serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders and project teams, keeping people, projects, and priorities moving forward. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support; you are a central hub for communication, coordination, and compliance, ensuring leadership teams are well-supported, projects remain on track, and clients receive timely, accurate information. Working closely with the Office Principal and project managers, you will support office operations, contracts, billing processes, and project documentation with discretion and sound judgment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Project & Proposal Administration: Support project managers with proposal preparation, project reporting, analysis, and participation in project review meetings, helping define phases, deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Contract & Compliance Management: Conduct initial contract reviews and assist with implementation and ongoing compliance, including tracking contract terms and tracing certificates of insurance.
  • Billing, CRM & Document Control: Support billing processes by reviewing prebills, identifying opportunities for additional billing, assisting with corrections, and communicating with clients; creating and maintaining proposals, client records, and accurate project files and document control systems.
  • Executive & Office Operations Support: Manage the Office Principal's calendar, schedule, and correspondence while supporting the Office Principal.
  • Meetings, Events & Training Coordination: Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, assist with planning and coordination of meetings, events, and trainings, and initiate or review related contracts in accordance with the Matrix of Authority (MOA).

What You Bring:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting, a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
