Primary Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned to business growth objectives
  • Lead and scale digital marketing and advertising across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels
  • Drive data-led decision-making, including KPI development, marketing analytics, and ROI optimization
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, product marketing & positioning, and integrated campaign execution
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization, with a focus on leadership and talent development
  • Partner cross-functionally withCreative Marketing,Product & Channel Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align marketing with business outcomes
