NOW HIRING โ€” RV SALES MANAGER
LEADERSHIP | TRAINING | PERFORMANCE | CULTURE

Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly motivated and proven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales team.

This is not a โ€œsit in the officeโ€ management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, train and motivate sales staff, hold people accountable, improve processes, and help build a high-performance dealership culture.

The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, and capable of leading by example.

RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership sales management experience is strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

โ€ข Managing and leading the dealership sales team
โ€ข Training and developing new and existing sales staff
โ€ข Monitoring lead follow-up, CRM activity, and customer communication
โ€ข Helping close deals and structure transactions when needed
โ€ข Maintaining accountability and sales process consistency
โ€ข Assisting with inventory merchandising and online presentation
โ€ข Helping oversee Facebook Marketplace ads, digital marketing efforts, and promotional videos
โ€ข Motivating staff and driving dealership performance
โ€ข Managing customer satisfaction and resolving escalated situations professionally
โ€ข Working directly with ownership and other department managers to improve operations and profitability
