Job Description:

We are currently seeking an RV Technician, and we are willing to train the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types and models of RVs. They will demonstrate technical expertise and the ability to work independently, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. They will be doing Service calls as well at customer locations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and assessments of RVs to identify issues, determine repair requirements, and estimate costs.

- Perform repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural problems in RVs.

- Install, repair, and maintain RV components, such as awnings, slide-outs, generators, and satellite systems.

- Complete all repairs and services within the established timeframe and maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs to customers and advise on preventive maintenance measures.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and technologies through continuous learning and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Experience as an RV Technician preferred but willing to train.

- Knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
