Key Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in automotive, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, RV repair, or a similar skilled trade
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in ANY of the following is a PLUS:
    - Automotive or mechanical repair
    - Electrical
    - Plumbing
    - HVAC
    - Cabinetry or woodworking
    - Flooring installation
    - Fabrication
    - Assembly
  • RV experience is preferred, but NOT required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willing to learn and expand your skills!
What You'll Do:
  • Build, assemble, repair, and install components in RVs
  • Perform hands-on mechanical and assembly work
  • Work with electrical and plumbing components
  • Install cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and other interior components
  • Use hand and power tools throughout the workday
  • Troubleshoot problems and complete repairs
  • Work alongside an experienced team building high-quality RVs

Shifts:
  • Monday-Thursday
  • 6AM-4:30PM
  • 4 Day work Week!
