Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced RV Service Manager to oversee the operations of our RV service department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of RV repair and servicing, excellent supervisory skills, and a strong customer service focus. The RV Service Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the service department to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the RV service department, including scheduling work orders, allocating resources, and managing staff.
2. Supervise and provide guidance to a team of RV service technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair and maintenance of RVs.
3. Coordinate with customers to determine their service needs, provide estimates, and communicate updates on service progress.
4. Ensure all service requests are logged accurately and promptly into the customer database system.
5. Manage and maintain service department facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
