Job description

Do you enjoy working outdoors, fixing things, helping people, and seeing the results of a job well done? River Point RV Park is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance & Courtesy Patrol Worker to help keep our park clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and enjoyable for our guests.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Groundskeeping

  • Perform general RV park and facility maintenance
  • Complete minor repairs and basic troubleshooting
  • Mow, trim, and maintain lawns, landscaping, and common areas
  • Remove trash and keep the park clean and presentable
  • Clean and maintain park facilities
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain RV sites
  • Assist with maintenance projects and seasonal tasks as needed
  • Identify maintenance issues and report them to management
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment throughout the park

Courtesy Patrol

  • Conduct regular walks or drives through the park to help maintain a clean, peaceful, and welcoming environment
  • Provide friendly assistance and directions to guests when needed
  • Help monitor common areas and report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns to management
  • Observe and report issues such as excessive noise, overflowing trash, damaged facilities, or other park concerns
  • Help ensure park rules and quiet hours are respected through friendly, professional guest interactions
  • Assist guests with minor needs or questions when appropriate
  • Maintain a visible, approachable presence throughout the park
  • Communicate any unusual incidents, concerns, or emergencies to management promptly
  • Support management and the park team in creating a positive experience for all guests

This is a hands-on position with a mix of maintenance, groundskeeping, guest service, and courtesy patrol duties. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the park looking its best while helping create a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check and have a valid drivers license
  • Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
  • Basic maintenance and repair skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous maintenance, landscaping, campground, RV park, or property maintenance experience is a plus
  • Must work safely and professionally around guests
