Posting Summary
The Department of Restorative Dentistry is searching for a full-time, non-tenure track, faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include providing pre-doctoral education in fixed, removable, implant prosthodontics, occlusion, biomaterials, and operative dentistry as well as participation in pre-doctoral clinical teaching; participation in the Departmental Master of Dental Science degree program; scholarly activity; research; service; teaching and/or directing preclinical courses; serving as an advisor for students; lecturing in departmental courses as directed; participation on committees as assigned; other assignments as directed by the Chair.
Position will remain open until filled. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience.
Rutgers School of Dental Medicine is a component of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and is located on the Newark Campus of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences Division, along with the Rutgers Medical School, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the School of Health Related Professions, and the School of Nursing.
