What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you'll support hospital operations and client experience by:
  • Greeting clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
  • Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
  • Answering phone calls and responding to non - medical client inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow - ups
  • Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
