Location: Greater Atlanta Metro and Bristol Tennessee Area
What You'll Tackle Each Day:
Safety First - Always
  • Lead pre-blast meetings and site checks
  • Ensure blast areas are secure and everyone knows the plan
  • Keep communication open with managers on all safety issues
  • Use the right gear and lead by example on driving and equipment protocols

Productivity that Sets the Bar
  • Take full ownership of all shot activities from start to finish
  • Log pre- and post-blast details accurately and on time
  • Communicate clearly with customers and managers on what's working and what's not
  • Share shot videos and reports within 24 hours-you own the follow-up

  • Inspect your gear before every shift
  • Keep trucks and tools clean, labeled, and running strong
  • Handle basic repairs and flag bigger issues early

  • Talk with plant managers about timelines, safety, and expectations

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in blasting or a related role (number of years flexible based on attitude and skill)
  • Strong mechanical sense and equipment know-how
  • MSHA Certification required (or ability to get it before start)
  • Physically able to lift 100 lbs, climb, and work in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel (up to [Insert %])
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and have a valid driver's license
