Real Work. Real Team. Real Growth.

Haltex Plumbing is hiring a licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber to join one of the fastest-growing plumbing companies in Denton County. We're not a corporate chain — we're a plumber-owned, family-run operation with a real shop, real trucks, and a team that actually has each other's backs.

Two-time Best of Denton winner. BBB A+. 4.9 stars on Google. Part of the Homeyer Enterprises family alongside The Design House and Stonemeyer Granite.

Why Plumbers Want to Work Here

  • $25–$38/hr based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • Take-home truck and gas card provided
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Steady year-round work (residential, commercial, new construction)
  • Plumber-owned — our owner is a Master Plumber who's still active on jobs and helps teach our plumbers along the way
  • Real path to advancement — we promote from within
  • We help with furthering your plumbing education — we want you growing your license, your skills, and your career

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running service calls, installs, and repairs across Denton County
  • Working alongside our Master Plumbers and crew
  • Diagnosing problems and fixing them right the first time
  • Helping our apprentices learn the trade
  • Keeping your truck clean, your work clean, and your customers happy
  • Rotating on-call coverage with the rest of the team

What We Need From You

  • Active Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbing License
  • Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
  • Drug Free
  • Hardworker
  • Your own hand tools (we provide the truck, larger equipment, and consumables)
  • Honest, dependable, and shows up on time
  • Coachable and willing to learn — we'll teach you our way of doing things
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain plumbing issues in a way customers can understand
  • HS diploma or GED

About Haltex
We started in 2021 with one truck. Today we have five trucks, two master plumbers, two journeymen, one tradesman, and a crew of apprentices working their way up. We're growing fast — we want a plumber who wants to grow with us.

We're a friendly shop — we'd love to meet you.
