Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, out of the box thinker to join our Property Management Sales team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!

$60,000 to $70,000 base plus commission! Salary based on experience.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
  • Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
  • Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
  • Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
  3. 3. Experience in B2B sales
  4. 4. Must have a valid driver’s license.
  5. 5. Experience with Property Management is preferred.
  6. 6. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
  7. 7. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
  8. 8. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
