Christie Lites is seeking an Audience & Experience Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies focused on strengthening long-term client relationships and enhancing the overall client experience.

This is not a traditional demand generation or content-focused marketing role. The position is centered on relationship-driven marketing, audience engagement, and customer experience development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of Christie Lites’ client base, including customer behaviors, operational challenges, and relationship dynamics
  • Design and execute customer engagement initiatives, including events, VIP experiences, and personalized touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and reduce friction across the customer journey
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operations teams to align engagement strategies with client needs
  • Support relationship-focused communication and audience engagement initiatives globally
Qualifications
  • Experience in experiential marketing, customer engagement, hospitality, live events, or relationship-driven B2B environments
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Experience managing customer-focused programs, events, or engagement initiatives
