This is an entrylevel, handson role where you’ll learn directly from experienced installers and craftsmen while building skills that are in demand and can grow into a longterm career.
What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Be Doing
- Measuring and fitting materials accurately
- Supporting textile finishing work like seaming, gluing, wrapping, and edge finishing
- Using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures daily
- Working alongside a team to meet quality standards and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic math and measuring skills (tape measure experience is important)
- Comfort working in handson, physical environments
- Ability to lift materials and be on your feet during the day
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience in construction, flooring, or textiles is helpful, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $18/hour and up
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
