We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Fence Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the North/West Suburbs. Job Summary:
As a Fence Sales Consultant at Superior Fence & Rail, you'll consult with homeowners in the northern Twin Cities and western suburbs, guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing the perfect fence solution. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, where your success directly impacts your income. Leads are provided, but networking and relationship building are also key to success.
Responsibilities:
  • Master Superior Fence & Rail's proven sales process.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
  • Accurately measure properties and provide detailed quotes.
  • Present fence options, explain features and benefits, and close sales.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and cultivate referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
