In this dynamic role, you will handle everything from customer payments and contract processing to specialized tasks like permitting and utility locates. The ideal candidate communicates proactively with excellence, learns various software platforms with ease, and enjoys a diverse mix of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process contracts, send invoices, enter payments, and communicate with customers.
  • Submit and monitor municipal permit applications and utility locates.
  • Keep internal team members updated to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor and upload required documents to external partner systems such as Home Depot and MNITS.
  • Provide phone backup, manage mail, maintain office equipment and supplies, and handle general administrative tasks.
