About the Role
Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Carrier Services are looking for a Client Operations Specialist to join the team. This role is responsible for supporting RTS Carrier Services sales efforts and initiatives and performing tasks associated with the management of our partnership programs. This position reports directly to the Client Operations Team Lead
What You'll Do
  • Review opportunities submitted by the sales team, while ensuring established procedures are being followed to minimize risk
  • Process prospective client applications by way of review of external documentation and internal notation into the Sales platform.
  • Communicate with external partners to process account setups
  • Work closely with the adjacent Carrier Services Operations Teams to ensure proper communication and flow of incoming accounts.
  • Evaluate customer case submissions, determine the issue, facilitate a solution, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Answer product and service questions from sales team and channel partners
  • Maintain current records in Sales platform for accuracy
  • Provide overall support for sales and business development efforts

What You'll Bring
  • The employee must be in good standing in current position
  • The employee must notify current leadership for a potential transfer out of current role
  • Ideally the employee will have remained in current role for 12 months. Exceptions can be made due to individual circumstances.
  • Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills. Detail oriented and able to use critical thinking to determine a larger issue
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge and understanding of PC applications. Data entry skills and experience
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and communicate results
  • Ability to work in a team environment
