Your Role at RTIC…

As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you’re an integral part of the RTIC mission. You’ll work with precision and pride to handle various tasks to support the smooth operation of our warehouse including receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to customer requirements

  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified), to move materials efficiently

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and system updates

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment

  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents or damage

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

  • Be part of a supportive team where everyone’s contributions are valued and respected.

What You’ll Need…

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • 1-3 years experience working in a light industrial warehouse environment with preference to employees with backgrounds in E-Commerce environments

  • 1 year minimum experience required working in the CPG Industry (Consumer Packaged Goods). Employees will be picking and packing at the eaches level (singular units) and comfortable Picking, verifying and scanning products that range in various sizes and weights.

  • Strong punctuality, dependability, and time management skills, with consistent attendance

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting

  • Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and Management

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus

  • Physical ability to perform repetitive or continuous tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and weather

Work Environment…

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm with additional mandatory overtime hours as needed during peak seasons

  • May involve exposure to loud machinery, fluctuating temperatures, and moving mechanical parts
