Job Description Description: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and support large-scale Agile delivery initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams. This role will serve as a servant leader and coach, helping teams align around shared objectives, improve delivery predictability, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience operating in complex enterprise environments, facilitating Agile program execution, and fostering collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Skills: Serve as the primary servant leader and coach for an Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating program-level Agile ceremonies and events. Coordinate and drive program execution, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Track and communicate program progress, metrics, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

Identify, manage, and remove impediments while facilitating cross-team collaboration and dependency resolution. Promote Agile, Lean, and SAFe best practices, coaching teams and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and organizational agility. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, software development, or related disciplines.

Proven experience supporting or leading Agile Release Trains within a SAFe environment. Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience managing large, complex initiatives involving multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.

Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: SAFe certifications such as Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar credentials. Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Manager.

Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology environments. Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
