Responsibilities
  1. Pick and deliver the correct items and quantities of RTC inventory and deliver it to the designated production lines in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Transfer and locate receiving inventory into warehouse locations in an accurate and timely manner.
  3. Prepare material movement documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Operate RF bar code scanning equipment to perform real-time material movement transactions.
  5. Load and unload trucks as needed or assigned.
  6. Work in a safe manner, follow all safety rules and report any potential safety hazards to management.
  7. Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and organized per 5S standards.
  8. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. Must be experienced as a Reach Truck operator and be able to demonstrate proficiency in operating a Reach Truck (Crown/Yale).
  2. Must speak English fluently and read all instructions in English.
  3. Must have excellent math skills along with basic computer skills.
  4. Must have an excellent working knowledge of all relevant Warehouse documentation.
  5. Must have previous warehousing experience.
  6. Must have a sense of urgency.
  7. Must be a team player, able to work well with others.
  8. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  9. Must be flexible with start and end times and work overtime when required.
  10. This is a safety-sensitive role and requires a negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  11. Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation

*This is a Union Position and pays $20.00/HR (*Plus $2.00/HR premium which may be removed in the future*) Eligible for Overtime pay after working 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and time and a half for all hours worked on Saturdays
