Key Performance Objectives
  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Partner with women throughout all stages of life-from annual exams to maternity and specialized gynecologic treatments. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive OB/GYN care that prioritizes patient well-being, ensuring that every interaction promotes a lifetime of health.
  • Collaborate in a Supportive Environment: Work alongside an experienced OB/GYN group, including 4 OB/GYNs and 2 Laborists, with the support of midwives and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This collaborative approach allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while working as a cohesive team.
  • Embrace Cutting-Edge Facilities: Experience the benefits of state-of-the-art facilities, including the newly renovated outpatient offices at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic and the advanced Labor & Delivery Unit and Post-Partum Suites at Newark Wayne Community Hospital, where you will participate in approximately 450 deliveries per year.
  • Innovate Surgical Practices: Take advantage of robotics and other advanced technologies to build your surgical cases. RRH is committed to providing the latest tools and techniques in women's health, allowing you to develop and refine your skills.
