Job description

Rapid ReHousing Case Manager

Rate: $42,000 to $58,000 based on education, experience, and program.

Full Time - 40 hours/week

The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking enthusiastic and passionate candidates for our Rapid ReHousing Program (RRH). We are seeking case managers who are dedicated to working with homeless individuals providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining housing.

A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homeless community; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction, progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies in client engagement. Must function well in a team environment; be dedicated to high-quality, low-barrier services, and thrive in an exciting and ever-changing environment.
