Job Description
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related analytical field.
• Minimum of five (5) years Information Technology software development experience as a programmer.
• Minimal three (3) year experience developing with RPG and the AS/400.
• Strong knowledge of HR or financial systems (with hands on experience in AR, AP and GL). Experience with one (1) or more accounting or HR packages. Experience with Infor Infinium or distribution systems a major plus.
• Experience working within an environment with a structured Software Development Life Cycle including source control, QA processes and release management.
• Demonstrated experience working with third-party vendors.
• Self- motivated, curious, creative and passionate about emerging technology.
• Highly developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills that effectively articulates complex technical concepts to a diverse and, at times, non-technical audience at all levels in the organization.
