  • The North AmericaSales Director RPG serves as a primary leader for Leading the growth for all product assigned region, reporting to the Global Director Sales RPG

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy for individual ITT product lines in North America.
  • Grow Sales of product lines in new profitable applications, market segments and geographies
  • Integrate regular Sales Activities as a driver to market.
  • Provide support to Customers by delivering technical information and proposals for the assigned products.
  • Overall responsibility for Sales Performance margins for the assigned territory.
  • Provide commercial, technical, supply chain and financial leadership for specific ITT product lines to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Responsibilities include development of customer’s product application and final decisions around margins and pricing for the assigned products in the product line, together with Director Sales.
  • Provide input and guidance to Director Sales and coordinate with Sales and marketing teams to establish regional market entry / and overall strategic direction for the Region & Product.
  • Support the Director Sales in developing growth playbooks for the assigned products globally.
  • Additional duties as been instructed by management.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

  • Develop own sales channels (direct business or new distributrs) depending on Business needs.
  • Provide sales forecast inputs on a regular basis to measure performance against annual targets and assist the business with operational planning to meet revenue expectations.
  • Support the annual 5-year company strategic plan by providing market share insights, competitor analyses, product needs, and growth potential for the region.
  • Drive new product rollouts by identifying and securing product trials to achieve market share gains
  • Maintain the installed equipment list for the region.
  • Provide/arrange technical support and training for sales channels/networks as required to address customer needs and questions.
  • Takes appropriate action to resolve customer issues.
  • Assists marketing to create necessary collaterals to effectively promote product range to sales channels and end customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining/sustaining direct contact with customers, providing technical support and assistance.
  • Travels to customer locations for product start-ups, service calls, maintenance seminars, sales calls, and other similar activities.
  • Attends trade shows and conferences to promote sale of products as required.

Market Analysis:

  • Leads analysis on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintains a strong understanding of RPG’s markets, customer needs and competitive offerings

Required Experience:

  • 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Management or Engineering in the engineered products industry
  • Strong knowledge of Acid & Sulfur application
  • Extensive experience providing product sales leadership in a matrix environment
  • Exposure to sales management and strategic plans to maximize value while balancing opportunities and risks

Desired Experience:

  • Experience interacting with customers
  • Rotating equipment design and manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge in Fertilizer & Mining Application
  • International experience

Education & Know How:

  • Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in English (other language plus)
