Summary The MIL Corporation seeks an RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation, Associate) with process automation experience to support multiple federal government clients in the Arlington, Virginia area. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities * Work with client and team to analyze, design and implement RPA-enabled automations * Provide deployment and post-deployment support for automations * Develop recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of client processes Travel None Required Qualifications * 7+ years of relevant work experience * Knowledge of Federal financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes * 1-3 years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis * 1 year of experience developing bots for financial, accounting, procurement or other financial processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Kofax * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of business processes associated with Federal procurement and the DATA Act * Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases * Understanding of programming language such as C#, Visual Basic, Python, Javascript, or Java * Understanding of the .NET Framework and REST APIs Education BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other related fields Clearance Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.
