Job Title: Automation Delivery Manager- RPA(Must be Local to AUSTIN)
Duration: 12-month duration
Work hours and Location: 8AM 5PM, Austin, TX 78744

This position requires candidates to be in onsite 4-5 days a week. Candidates must be LOCAL to Austin

The Automation Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and related automation initiatives. This role will ensure that automation projects are aligned with organizational goals, delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards. The Delivery Manager will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, the automation development team, and IT governance, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of process automation solutions.


Manage the intake process for automation requests from multiple business units.

Maintain a prioritized RPA project pipeline, balancing quick wins with high-value initiatives.

Lead project planning, scoping, and resource allocation for automation projects.

Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines; report on status to leadership.

Ensure smooth transition from proof-of-concept to production deployment.

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, automation developers, and IT leadership.

Facilitate requirements gathering, ensuring business processes are documented and automation opportunities are well defined.

Communicate progress, risks, and issues to project sponsors and leadership teams.

Ensure automation projects comply with Client's IT governance, security, and audit requirements.

Champion standardization in automation delivery, including reusable components, coding standards, and documentation.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve delivery methods.

Coordinate with RPA developers, business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Provide clear task assignments, track workloads, and remove delivery roadblocks.

Mentor team members on automation delivery best practices.

Maintain dashboards and KPIs for automation delivery performance.

Monitor ROI and value realization from automation initiatives.

Provide regular pipeline health reports to leadership.

Minimum Yrs of Experience: Must have 8+ Years of experience with

IT project or delivery management, including experience in business process automation or RPA.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
