What You’ll Do (No Mowing – Just Results)

You’ll hit the road in a company truck, applying professional-grade treatments to residential and commercial properties—and you’ll make a big impact doing it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply weed control, fertilizer, pest control, and tree/shrub treatments
  • Identify and diagnose turf issues (we train you how)
  • Handle service calls, answer customer questions, and offer advice
  • Support sales efforts by recommending services customers actually need
  • Help install/remove holiday lights in the off-season
  • Keep equipment and trucks clean, safe, and ready to roll
  • Fill in for Route Managers when needed


What You Bring

Must Haves:

  • 1+ year of labor-intensive work experience (lawn care, landscaping, trades, etc.)
  • Comfortable working outside in all seasons
  • Valid OK driver’s license & clean record
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and be physically active all day
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to learn
  • Clean-cut, professional appearance
  • Able to pass drug test & background check

Bonus if you have:

  • Lawn care or pest control experience
  • Customer service or sales skills

Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: $45,000–$70,000/per year
  • Commissions: Weekly production incentives + sales commissions
  • Schedule: M–F, 8 AM–5 PM with some Saturdays in spring/fall
