Job Summary
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver 5-gallon water bottles, salt bags, and filters to homes and businesses.
  • System Maintenance: Perform standard equipment functionality tests, troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions, and install or remove water treatment systems.
  • Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador by addressing customer questions, resolving minor complaints, and educating customers on water quality.
  • Sales & Upgrades: Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment, suggest additional products, and generate new accounts.
  • Route Management: Plan and execute your route in the most efficient manner to minimize miles and meet delivery requirements.
  • Administration & Cash Handling: Accurately process and execute delivery orders, collect payments, and manage invoices and route books.
  • Vehicle & Inventory Safety: Maintain vehicle cleanliness, and load/unload products using dollies or forklifts.
