CITY Laundering is hiring a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead 5–7 Route Service Representatives and take full ownership of territory performance in our Oelwein, IA location.

This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, customer relationships, and measurable results. You’ll coach your team, strengthen key accounts, and drive profitability and growth across your routes.

What You’ll Do
