Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Driver to join our team in Newark, Delaware. This role is pivotal in ensuring our vending machines or micro market are well-stocked, clean, and functioning optimally across various locations. This role will also encompass completing our deliveries to wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable and have experience driving trucks, a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Route Management: Drive a company or rented refrigerated box truck along established routes to deliver products to smart markets, micro-markets, and wholesale partners.

Stocking & Maintenance: Restock smart fridges, ensuring products are fresh and properly rotated. Perform basic maintenance and cleanliness checks on machines.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, product deliveries, and machine collections.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Completion of defensive driving courses is a plus.

Equipment Oversight: Monitor the performance of unmanned smart fridge markets, ensuring they operate efficiently and report any issues.


Qualifications
