Job description

W2 Product Manager (SAFe Agile +PSPS)

Introduction: The W2 Product Manager (SAFe Agile) will play a crucial role in leading Agile product delivery for technology products supporting PSPS planning and execution. This individual will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and cross-functional Agile teams. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to drive PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product releases.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile product delivery for technology products supporting PSPS planning and execution.
  • Manage product roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Drive PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product releases.
  • Gather business requirements, define user stories, and oversee UAT.
  • Develop business cases, RFPs, and IT estimates for product enhancements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely sign-offs and milestone delivery.
  • Support regulatory documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in rotating Emergency Operations Center (EOC) support during PSPS events.

Requirements:

  • Strong Product Manager/Product Owner experience.
  • Hands-on SAFe Agile experience (PI Planning, backlog management).
  • Expertise with Jira & Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with business case development, RFPs, and UAT.
  • Energy/Utilities domain experience is highly preferred.
