W2 Product Manager (SAFe Agile +PSPS)
Introduction: The W2 Product Manager (SAFe Agile) will play a crucial role in leading Agile product delivery for technology products supporting PSPS planning and execution. This individual will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and cross-functional Agile teams. The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to drive PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile product delivery for technology products supporting PSPS planning and execution.
- Manage product roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and cross-functional Agile teams.
- Drive PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product releases.
- Gather business requirements, define user stories, and oversee UAT.
- Develop business cases, RFPs, and IT estimates for product enhancements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely sign-offs and milestone delivery.
- Support regulatory documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in rotating Emergency Operations Center (EOC) support during PSPS events.
Requirements:
- Strong Product Manager/Product Owner experience.
