Assembly Associate

Location: San Jose/Sunnyvale, CA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time
Pay: $23.00–$24.00/hr + Shift Differentials
Work Location: In Person

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM — $23.00/hr
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM — $23.00/hr + 10% shift differential
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM — $24.00/hr + 15% shift differential

About the Role

Human Bees is hiring Assembly Associates in San Jose/Sunnyvale, CA for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company.

You'll work in a fast-paced production environment supporting assembly, material handling operations.

What You'll Do

  • Perform basic assembly and production tasks
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
  • Receive shipments and verify inventory
  • Use RF scanners and pallet jacks as needed
  • Maintain organized inventory and staging areas
  • Inspect materials and products for damage or defects
  • Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Support daily production and warehouse goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • English proficiency required
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • RF scanner/inventory experience is a plus
