The EDGE Program is an 18-month rotational development program, starting in the summer of 2027, designed for recent graduates looking to accelerate their careers in technology.

Participants will:

  • Complete structured rotations across DTCC technology teams

Qualifications

Required

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Business & Technology Management, Or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

Preferred

  • Internship, project, or leadership experience
  • Interest in financial services and technology
  • Exposure to programming languages, cloud technologies, data platforms, or infrastructure concepts
