Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client goals, utilizing techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and mental health counselors, to provide holistic care for our clients.
• Educate and empower clients and their families, providing resources and support throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
