While the schedule provides extended blocks of time off, trips may require flexibility and can include weekends or holidays. Pilots collaborate closely with crew schedulers and may swap trips with colleagues to accommodate personal needs. The rotating system aims to balance operational demands with pilots' personal lives, but adaptability is essential due to occasional changes based on client needs or weather. Open communication with the scheduling team is encouraged for effective time-off planning.

What are Rotating Schedule Flexjet Pilots?

These pilots are responsible for safely operating Flexjet’s fleet of private aircraft, ensuring passenger comfort, and maintaining high standards of safety and service. The rotating schedule helps balance work and personal life while meeting the demands of private aviation clients.
