What is a Rotating Schedule Blade Pilot?

A Rotating Schedule Blade Pilot is a professional pilot who operates aircraft, typically helicopters, used for inspecting, maintaining, or servicing wind turbine blades. The 'rotating schedule' aspect refers to their work shifts, which often involve alternating periods of work and rest, such as two weeks on and two weeks off.
