Job description

WHAT WE'RE DOING
At Sikorsky, we are committed to driving innovation and maintaining our leadership in aerospace by enhancing the affordability, efficiency, and competitiveness of our product lines. Our Business Performance Office (BPO) plays a key role in driving cost competitiveness across our flagship platforms, including the CH-53K, Hawk, and S-92 product lines. Through strategic partnerships and collaboration, we are continuously working to enhance our products and deliver maximum value to our customers.
THE WORK
As the Project & Planning Manager for our ERP/MRP Transformation, you will be the driving force behind Sikorsky's effort to turn its enterprise planning systems into a competitive advantage. You will partner with colleagues across Programs, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, taking full ownership of the cost, schedule, and technical performance of improvement initiatives that directly shape how Sikorsky plans, builds, and delivers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own and maintain the ERP/MRP improvement backlog, prioritizing across functional stakeholders and coordinating the sequencing, resourcing, and disciplined execution of highest-impact changes.
Serve as the primary integrator for Programs, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, aligning stakeholders on system-change proposals, ensuring downstream business impacts are fully understood, and preventing siloed decisions that could create larger program problems.
Lead go/no-go assessments for proposed SAP configuration changes, evaluating cost, schedule and technical risk, escalating unresolved issues to senior leadership, and establishing guardrails that protect business continuity throughout the improvement cycle.
Maintain a forward-looking roadmap that sequences near-term optimization actions while preserving alignment with long-horizon system-design requirements, ensuring today's decisions do not foreclose tomorrow's options.
Own communication between the ERP/MRP team, program offices and senior leadership, translating complex system changes into business-relevant cost and schedule language that enables clear executive decision-making and sustained organizational alignment.
Deliver measurable improvements in material availability, schedule adherence, supply-signal accuracy and planning-data quality by driving ERP/MRP configuration improvements and process discipline across the enterprise, turning system capability into tangible operational performance.

WHO YOU ARE

You bring deep expertise in SAP configuration, portfolio management, and cross functional integration, having successfully partnered with Programs, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver measurable cost, schedule, and performance gains.
WHY JOIN US
At Sikorsky, you will be part of a team that is shaping the future of aviation by driving continuous improvement and excellence across our iconic product lines. You will work closely with senior leaders and directly impact the success of our business by leading critical cost reduction initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; Master's degree (MBA, MS in Engineering, etc.) is highly desirable.
Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, supply chain, operations, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Desired skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skill in developing and executing strategic plans that align with business objectives.
Ability to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Proven track record of managing complex programs, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.

Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
