Job description

Rosen Group, a nationally acclaimed full-service PR agency, is seeking a part-time public relations intern for a 10-week position this Fall 2026. This internship is unpaid and will take place remotely. It gives you the opportunity to gain experience with a professional, fast- paced, boutique PR firm.

We represent national brands ranging from food and beverage, to publishing, CBD, non-profit, and trade groups.


Internship activities include writing press releases, drafting pitches and media advisories, interacting directly with media contacts, creating client reports, conducting research on media outlets and various projects, pitching story ideas to targeted media outlets, compiling media lists and providing general support for account executives.


Applicants should have strong writing and organizational skills and be able to multitask. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and work ethic, enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment, and has passion for the PR industry.


Applicants should:

  • Be currently enrolled at a Bachelor's or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university. College credit is available if needed.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or a visa
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Access to a computer with a strong internet connection
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva and social media are strongly preferred
  • Experience with Muckrack and Critical Mention platforms are preferred, but not required
  • Have flexible availability. The internship is part-time - applicants should be able to work 2-3 full days per week.
