Job description

Position Summary: The Ropes Course Lead directs and supervises the camps adventure and ropes course program.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Supervise ropes course staff for safe operation of the facility and program
  • Complete staff training
  • Conduct daily facility and equipment checks for safety and cleanliness, report any issues
  • Maintain course records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
  • Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Training and experience in ropes course programs

Computer Skills:
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
  • Willingness to learn new software as needed

Certificates and Licenses:
  • Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
  • Current and First Aid certifications
